| This beautiful farmhouse is located in an area called “I Poggi”, which in Tuscany means little hills. It is a very nice area , in the heart of Val di Chiana, a fascinating part of south-east Tuscany. The house is only 200 meter from the centre of Torrita di Siena, a pretty medieval village. Through a panoramic road you can reach in a few minutes the beautiful Montefollonico (an amazing original medieval village), Montepulciano, Pienza, S. Quirico d’Orcia, Bagno Vignoni (where you can see a fantastic roman thermal bath. Siena is only 50 km away. The farmhouse has belonged to the family for the last 300 years and the building has been carefully renovated, maintaining the original structure. There are 4 nice apartments, all comfortable and furnished with care and elegance, with many old objects belonging to the owner. Some apartments have wood beam ceiling, others have a nice vaulted roof and decoration. The panoramic view over the wine yards is fantastic. At client’s disposal a nice garden, barbecue and at 1 km of distance the swimming pool of the near “agriturismo” which belongs to the owner. |
